HOME HEALTH CARE NURSE

The Episode Management QA Reviewer is responsible for quality assurance oversight and compliance management of assigned home health episodes following transition from the Start of Care Team through discharge. This role serves as the primary QA owner for assigned patient episodes and is accountable for supporting documentation quality, regulatory compliance, documentation throughput, billing readiness, and timely resolution of documentation barriers throughout the home health episode lifecycle. Responsibilities include Pre-Claim Review management, episode monitoring, Oasis reviews, chart audits, clinician communication, escalation management, and discharge review.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. • Philippine Registered Nurse (PRN) licensure preferred; board-pass eligible candidates with strong academic performance may be considered.
