Functieomschrijving

As a Motion LAB Production Engineer, you bridge the gap between initial design concepts and high-volume manufacturing. Operating within the ASML Motion LAB, you will design, maintain, and optimize production processes for complex linear actuators used in our state-of-the-art lithography systems (XT, NXT, NXE, and EXE).

In this hands-on role, you validate new products, process changes, and tooling in a controlled lab environment before floor rollout, ensuring flawless manufacturability and minimal production risk.

Functie-eisen -

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: 3-5+ years in a technical production or manufacturing engineering role within a high-tech environment.
• Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience with high-precision mechatronics, linear actuators, or precision tooling.
• Quality Methodologies: Practical knowledge of FMEA, SPC, and root-cause failure analysis tools.
• Environment: Experience with semi-automated assembly lines and NPI (New Product Introduction) process hand-offs.
