Senior/Quantity Surveyor (AR/RC)

Core responsibilities: Taking-off quantities and Pricing for Tender / Quotations; Execution of general Contracts Administration duties; Evaluate and compare Subcontractors’ quotations; Prepare and monitor Project Budget; Preparation of Subcontracting and Purchases Document; Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment; Prepare and update Claims/ Costing/ Budget and Payment Receipt monthly. Job Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building/ Quantity Surveying Min 2 years experience in construction industry Able to use Microsoft Office, CCS PO/ WO Module Able to write reports and presentation Basic knowledge in Cost Management and Control Techniques Able to communicate at all levels Good negotiation skills Preferably with ISO Internal Auditor Certification Open to Singaporean only
