General Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage the company's commercial activities, including quotations, pricing, contracts and project commercial matters. Develop pricing strategies and review project costing and profitability. Negotiate commercial terms with clients, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors. Review tenders, contracts, purchase orders and variation claims. Develop new business opportunities and maintain key client relationships. Monitor project revenue, costs, margins and outstanding commercial matters. Work closely with sales, procurement, project and finance teams. Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors from a commercial perspective. Prepare commercial forecasts, management reports and business performance analysis. Support senior management in business planning and commercial decision-making. Ensure proper commercial documentation and contractual records are maintained. Lead and guide relevant commercial/sales support personnel.
