Operations Technician - Tuas Area

Asia Medical Enviro Services is a market leader in medical and bio-hazardous waste collection, treatment and disposal in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Involve in plant routine preventive maintenance & servicing activities, corrective maintenance and replacement of parts.
• Upkeep of plants tools, equipment, bins condition, stickers, and straps.
• Load & unload of covered waste-bins, wash and arrange waste-bins.
• Housekeeping of plant area, workstations and storage area.
• Run tests after servicing.
• Comply with the plant’s safety regulatory requirements.
• Report and solve operational faults.
• Other related activities and ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec, higher Nitec or Diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1- 2 years of knowledge or work experience in plant operation, troubleshooting fault will be preferred but not a must.
• On-the-Job-training will be provided.

• ** This is a 6-day work week position (inclusive of 4 hours OT weekly on Saturday), the incumbent need to be able to work on 3 rotating shifts (8 hours per shift), including Sunday and Public Holidays.
• Able to work OT when required and in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical manual work is required.
