SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

3 MONTHS CONTRACT

Salary:

• $3,500 – $4,000/month

Contract Duration : 3 months Working Hours: 5 days per week Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities: Handle and maintain the full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL. Perform daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. Prepare account reconciliation reports and investigate discrepancies. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Prepare financial reports and schedules as required. Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters. Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience. Strong experience in full-set accounting and bookkeeping. Hands-on experience in account reconciliation and GL functions. Able to work independently and manage deadlines. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
