IT Business Analyst (Digital Product) Onsite BTS ข่องนนทรี -AAC

*Key Responsibilities -Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. -Create business documents such as BRD, FSD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows. -Analyze and improve business processes (As-Is → To-Be). -Coordinate with Business, Marketing, Data, Development teams, and external vendors. -Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery. -Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track issue resolution. -Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, and risk updates. -Manage requirement changes and prevent scope creep.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst. Experience in website, digital product, or digital transformation projects. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
