COMPANY NURSE

Monitors and updates HSES programs and activities Prepares attendance reports of HSES trainings, inductions, and orientations Assists in monitoring strict and proper implementation of company rules and regulations, policies, and guidelines required in administering services to employees Monitors performance appraisals to ensure that guidelines and schedules for implementation are met Checks the safety and health hazards in the work environment Assist and monitor the issuance of medical and office supplies such as medicines, safety equipment, and PPEs. Assess vital signs, administers injections, and performs minor procedures. Provides basic first aid, evaluates an employee's health, and provides initial diagnosis of medical conditions. Conducts seminars and training on safety and health education programs for employees. Ensures strict implementation of the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Policy. Performs other job-related functions as assigned from time to time by their immediate superiors.

Qualifications/Requirements: College graduate with a degree in Nursing Registered Nurse with valid PRC License Knowledge in DOLE occupational safety and health (OSH) requirements and workplace health regulations Knowledge of occupational health, first aid and emergency response. Good communication and interpersonal skills
