Site Engineer

Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.

Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members.

Monitor work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.

Review drawings and identify any discrepancies or technical issues.

Assist in planning and scheduling site activities to meet project deadlines.

Monitor material usage and ensure proper resource allocation.

Support the project management team in achieving project objectives.

Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

3–7 years of experience in site engineering and construction projects.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, or industrial projects.

Knowledge of project planning and scheduling software is an advantage.
