Responsibilities Support fundraising and business development initiatives through the preparation of marketing materials, investor presentations, and fundraising collateral.

Manage and coordinate responses to investor due diligence requests, RFPs, DDQs, consultant questionnaires, and other information requests.

Draft, review, and maintain investor-facing materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with firm messaging.

Partner with investment, finance, operations, and legal teams to gather and synthesize information for prospective and existing investors.

Analyze and organize complex information and data, translating investment concepts into clear, concise, and compelling communications.

Assist with investor onboarding activities, ongoing relationship management, and recurring reporting requirements.

Maintain investor databases, marketing content, and fundraising documentation.

Support strategic projects related to capital raising, product development, and business growth initiatives.

Help improve internal processes and workflows that enhance the investor experience and fundraising function.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience 3–7 years of experience within investor relations, capital raising, fundraising support, investment banking, private credit, private equity, asset management, or a related financial services environment.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop polished, professional investor-facing materials.

Experience supporting RFP, DDQ, consultant questionnaire, or institutional fundraising processes.

Ability to synthesize complex financial and investment information into concise, compelling content.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience working with institutional investors, consultants, placement agents, or fundraising teams is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional designation is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
