ROOM ATTENDANT

Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned hotel areas according to hotel standards. Make beds, change bed linens, pillowcases, towels, and other room supplies. Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other fixtures. Replenish toiletries, towels, drinking water, and other guest amenities as needed. Check guest rooms for missing, damaged, or defective items and report concerns to the supervisor. Report lost and found items immediately in accordance with hotel procedures. Respond politely to reasonable guest requests and coordinate concerns with the appropriate department.

Qualifications/Requirements: Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeping Staff, or similar position is preferred but not required. Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures is an advantage. Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks. Detail-oriented and able to maintain hotel cleanliness standards. Honest, hardworking, reliable, and responsible. Good communication and teamwork skills.
