Quantity Surveyor | Interior Fit Out Contractor

A leading interior fit out contractor in the UAE is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high end fit out projects across the region with a contractor known for delivering premium interiors.

The Role

• Manage the full commercial and cost function across live fit out projects from award through to final account
• Prepare and agree valuations, variations, and payment applications
• Handle subcontractor procurement, packages, and payment certificates
• Monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and manage cash flow
• Assess and agree variations and claims with clients and consultants
• Support the project team on commercial matters and risk management
• Manage final accounts and ensure timely close out
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UAE
• Proven fit out experience with a recognised contractor (not consultancy, PMC, or developer side)
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Confident managing the commercial function on interiors projects independently
• Currently based in the UAE
