Senior Legal Counsel - LNG & Shipping

A global energy MNC is looking to hire a LNG trading counsel. This is a newly created role focused on LNG transactions and operational matters. You will work with the global legal team throughout the lifecycle of transactions. You are responsible for global LNG shipping and operations. You will draft, negotiate and advise on LNG SPAs and related commercial agreements in the value chain. This will include advising on shipping arrangements, LNG related disputes and claims, price reviews.

Key requirements You should possess min 8-15 PQE experience in LNG trading and credible maritime experience. Deep substantive LNG SPA experience is essential. Top law firm experience and commercial experience gained in a LNG trading capacity is preferred.
