Quantity Surveyor

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in the villa development industry. This role is key to managing cost estimation, tendering, budgeting, and contract administration across our high-end residential projects. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the residential or villa development sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing in the local market.
• Proficient in QS software (CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiar with contract laws and project documentation.
• Fluent in English is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost plans, and budgets for villa construction projects.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure budget optimization.
• Manage tendering process, evaluate subcontractor bids, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor project costs and maintain detailed cost reports throughout project lifecycle.
• Process progress claims, variations, and final accounts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and site teams to align budgets with on-site execution.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards in construction.
