Aqua Blue Dental is hiring a full-time Dental Assistant to join our team in Vancouver W Broadway. *About Aqua Blue*

Aqua Blue Dental is a fee-for-service general dental practice on West Broadway in the heart of Mount Pleasant, led by Dr. Reza Entezarion and Dr. Negar Rezqi Qomi (both UBC DMD). We're expanding ? a new associate dentist is joining us in October ? and we're bringing on additional chairside support to grow with the team.

*The Role*

Full-scope chairside dental assistant work supporting a team of three dentists across general, restorative, and growing implant/Invisalign practice:

• Four-handed dentistry across restorative, endo, oral surgery, and implant procedures
• Patient intake, chair prep, and post-op review
• Digital imaging (iTero scanner, CBCT, digital radiography)
• Sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance
• Room setup, turnover, and inventory management
• Chart documentation

You'd join a three-CDA team, working alongside our experienced lead CDA and treatment coordinator who will support your growth.

Who We're Looking For

• *CDABC registered Certified Dental Assistant preferred*, or Dental Assistant with strong chairside experience
• *New graduates welcome* ? we're happy to invest in the right person
• Warm, professional chairside manner ? patients relax around you
• Sharp attention to detail and genuine care about doing things right
• Team player ? CDAs, hygienists, admin, and dentists work closely here
• Comfortable learning new digital tools and workflows
• Multilingual capacity is welcomed given our patient base

*Hours*

Full-time, 32-40 hours per week including Saturdays on rotation. *Saturday availability is a firm requirement of this role.*

*Compensation*

*$28?$35 per hour to start*, depending on experience and certification, with structured growth as you develop in the role.
