Position Summary
Apple Express is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining a safe and organized facility, and delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and customer service are key priorities.
What You'll Do
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, sort, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or shipping.
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely updates to inventory systems.
- Assist with warehouse consolidation and product rotation activities.
- Support the onboarding and setup of new accounts and dedicated business operations.
Inventory & Quality Control
- Ensure inventory levels and records remain accurate and current.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
- Follow established procedures and operational standards.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Safety & Facility Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Support warehouse security requirements.
- Operate in accordance with Ministry of Labour guidelines and workplace safety standards.
- Report safety concerns, incidents, or operational issues promptly.
Customer Service & Team Support
- Work closely with transportation and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help achieve and exceed service-level targets and key performance indicators.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or inventory experience is considered an asset.
- Experience using warehouse technology or inventory management systems is an asset.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products safely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
