Clinic Supervisor

Ready to step up and take charge of the clinic's day-to-day operations? One of our sister companies, Anterio Dental Clinic in Alam Sutera, needs a Supervisor to make sure clinic operations run smoothly, the team stays solid, and patients stay satisfied.

Job Desc:

• Supervise the team's daily work (nurses, admin, front office)
• Ensure clinic SOPs are properly implemented
• Handle escalated patient complaints
• Monitor medical equipment and supply stock
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role, ideally in clinic/hospital/service industries
• Strong leadership, firm yet approachable with the team
• Familiar with working with SOPs and KPIs
• Problem solver, quick to handle unexpected situations
• Able to work on-site full time in Alam Sutera
