Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Splunk ITSI dashboards, KPIs, glass tables, and service maps.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Splunk and observability tools.
- Perform real-time incident investigation, SPL-based log analysis, event correlation, and root cause analysis.
- Implement ML-based anomaly detection and predictive analytics for proactive incident management.
- Integrate ServiceNow CMDB with Splunk to synchronize Configuration Items (CIs) and service dependencies.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Linux to improve monitoring and operational efficiency.
- Apply ITIL practices to enhance incident management and service reliability.
Experience and Skills Required
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI, Splunk Enterprise, SPL, and observability platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, CI relationships, and service mapping.
- Experience with Python, Linux scripting, event management, and log analysis.
- Familiarity with machine learning, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
- Understanding of ITIL, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
