IT & AI intern

Support IT and AI initiatives across Antares Management Services and the Goldbell Group through automation, data analysis, technology research and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and optimise existing business processes
• Explore and apply AI tools, automation solutions and other technologies to improve operational efficiency
• Assist with data collection, preparation and analysis to support decision-making and technology-related projects
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, AI applications and digital tools that may be useful to the organisation
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting and implementation of new systems, tools and process improvements
• Prepare documentation, user guides and process workflows for solutions developed during the internship
• Contribute ideas and technical knowledge while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world IT, AI and business optimisation projects

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a local university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics or a related field
• Strong interest in technology, AI, automation and process improvement
• Comfortable learning and using new digital tools and technologies
• Familiarity with at least one programming language is required. Basic knowledge of Python is preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with different stakeholders
• Self-motivated, curious and willing to explore new ways of improving existing processes
