Roles & Responsibilities Safely operate company vans to deliver fresh, chilled, frozen, and meat products to customers, restaurants, supermarkets, and other designated locations.

Load and unload products carefully while ensuring the correct quantity, product condition, and delivery sequence.

Verify delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and customer details before departure.

Maintain the required temperature and cold-chain standards throughout transportation.

Ensure all meat, fresh, chilled, and frozen products are handled hygienically and safely during loading, transportation, and delivery.

Complete deliveries according to assigned routes and scheduled delivery times.

Obtain customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and proof of delivery where required.

Collect cash, payments, or returned items when assigned and account for them accurately.

Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after each shift and report any defects, damage, or maintenance requirements.

Keep the vehicle clean, hygienic, and in compliance with company and food-safety requirements.

Report damaged, missing, incorrect, or rejected products immediately to the supervisor or dispatch team.

Handle customer enquiries professionally and maintain good customer service at every delivery point.

Follow all traffic laws, company driving policies, workplace safety procedures, and food-handling requirements.

Assist with warehouse loading, sorting, picking, and stock movement when required.

Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage, fuel usage, delivery status, returns, and vehicle checks.

Ensure returned or rejected products are handled according to company procedures and food-safety requirements.

Communicate with the logistics/warehouse team regarding delivery delays, route issues, customer requests, and urgent orders.

Protect company property, products, documents, and customer information during delivery operations.

Perform other delivery, logistics, and operational duties assigned by management.
