Responsibilities Cohort & Faculty Monitoring Maintain oversight of each cohort’s / faculty’s academic progression, attendance compliance, conduct, and administrative fulfilment. Proactively identify issues from students and faculty requiring counselling, intervention, escalation, or additional support. End‑to‑End Programme Coordination Support the plans and execution of assigned local/overseas programme segments, ensuring smooth delivery and a high‑quality learning experience. Support the development of programme implementation plans, timelines, communications, and operational requirements in collaboration with faculty and internal stakeholders. Academic Support Coordinate distribution of teaching and learning materials. Provide on‑site academic support to faculty, ensuring classes, workshops, and experiential learning activities run smoothly. Work with partners to organise corporate visits, industry engagements, guest lectures, alumni sharing sessions, and other experiential components. Operational & Logistics Management Coordinate venue setup, facilities testing, transportation arrangements, dietary requirements, parking, and other logistical needs. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of programme‑related services. Financial & Administrative Processes Manage vendor engagement, quotations, invoicing, and payment processes in accordance with AGI’s financial policies. Conduct post‑programme follow‑ups, including feedback collection, documentation of operational issues, and continuous improvement reporting. Requirements Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data tools (Power BI, etc.). Experience with educational technology platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Zoom, Power Automate, AI‑enabled tools) is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently with accountability. A proactive, reliable, and service‑oriented team player. Curious, analytical, and open to innovation and technology‑driven solutions. Passionate about higher education, executive learning, and student / faculty development. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Education, Hospitality, or related fields). 3–5 years (Assistant Manager) or 5–8 years (Manager) of relevant experience in higher education, executive education, programme management, or academic administration.
