Warehouse Manager

Textile Industry A leading company is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong expertise in Textile/Fabric Warehousing to lead and optimize warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, handling, and dispatching of fabrics/textile materials .

Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies.

Manage proper fabric storage, identification, handling, and organization to maintain product quality and prevent damage.

Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and optimize warehouse space utilization.

Lead, manage, and develop the warehouse team while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

Control warehouse costs, resources, equipment, and operational expenses.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure proper utilization of ERP/Warehouse Management Systems for inventory and warehouse control.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration , or a related field.

8–12 years of relevant experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

Mandatory: Proven experience in Textile/Fabric Warehousing or the Textile Industry.

Strong knowledge of fabric storage, handling, inventory control, and warehouse operations .

Proven experience in leading and developing warehouse teams.

Good knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management systems .

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance requirements.

Strong skills in process improvement, cost control, and operational planning .

Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
