Alpine 24/7 Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We pride ourselves on promoting a very happy, team-oriented working environment. If you are looking to be a part of a remarkable team this is the place for you! We are looking to fulfill hours for full-time day shifts.

Responsibilities would include:

• Greeting and assisting clients in a polite and professional manner
• Answering phones in a professional and timely manner
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking in clients and checking them out when they are ready to leave
• Ensure that all files and information for clients and pets are accurately in the system
• Emailing, scanning, copying, and faxing documents
• Maintaining the front desk and waiting area
• Assisting Registered Veterinary Technicians and/or Veterinarians when required
• Completing payment transactions with customers
• Completing daily tasks and duties as instructed by management
• Assuring that cleaning is completed throughout the day

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Knowledge of medical or veterinary office protocol is preferred
• Familiarity with Cornerstone is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
