Porter

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and efficient atmosphere. Assist guests with luggage, provide information about hotel facilities, and offer recommendations for local attractions. Handle guest properties with absolute care through the check-in and check-out processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions. addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.. Handle guest concerns and complaints with a positive attitude, finding timely and effective resolutions. Collaborate with management to escalate and resolve issues as needed. Monitor and ensure the security of guests and their belongings. Follow company safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or suspicious activities.

Requirements:

Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline  Minimum of 2 year of work experience Previous experience in a porter, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with hotel procedures and systems. Positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
