As a Dietician, you will be responsible for the following duties: Perform nutrition and dietetics assessment

Review treatment plan and implement changes

Monitoring patients progress

Maintaining and updating patients’ records

Provide education and counselling to patients in nutritional support

Assist in ward rounds

Ensure up-to-date dietetic industry knowledge

Involved in quality improvement programs

Any other duties assigned within the team

Requirements: Master's Degree / Bachelor Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition
