เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์บริการลูกค้า (Inbound)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ตอบรับสายลูกค้า ให้คำแนะนำ แก้ไขปัญหา และประสานงานไปยังฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ดูแลและให้บริการลูกค้าในกลุ่มประกัน, และรถยนต์
• รับเรื่องร้องเรียนและข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้า พร้อมดำเนินการส่งต่อเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริการ
• ปฏิบัติงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ หยุด 2 วัน (วันหยุดอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้)
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ โดยมีรอบเวลาทำงานตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
• สถานที่ทำงาน: สำนักงานตั้งอยู่ที่ซอยเพชรบุรี 35 แขวงมักกะสัน เขตราชเทวี
• ตำแหน่งงานเป็นพนักงานประจำ

Work Conditions:

• Working Hours : 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
• Shifts assign between 07.00 - 20.00
• Flexible to work as shift, holidays, weekends

Qualifications: Well spoken and written in Thai Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills. Call center, customer service, or supervisory experience will be advantage. Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
