Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for an experienced and skilled Pizza & Cold Kitchen Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in pizza and/or cold kitchen operations

Good knowledge and expertise in pizza preparation, dough handling, toppings, sauces, salads, appetizers, and cold kitchen items

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation

Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards

Ability to maintain consistent food quality and portion control

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Team player with a positive and professional attitude
