Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef – Production Kitchen to join our team.

Position: Head Chef – Production Kitchen

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Head Chef or similar senior kitchen position

Strong experience in production kitchen operations

Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, recipes, and production processes

Ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff effectively

Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, quality, and portion control

Ability to maintain consistent food quality and production standards

Good planning, organization, and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
