Clinical Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical and aesthetic clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations, maintaining high-quality patient service, managing staff performance, and achieving operational and business targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in clinic, medical center, or healthcare management.

Previous experience in aesthetic, dermatology, dental, or cosmetic clinics is a strong advantage.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and customer service orientation.

Good knowledge of clinic operations and administrative procedures.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Good command of English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
