Assist in selecting personalized products for exclusive customers to help enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.

Essential roles and responsibilities

Help select products for exclusive customers, aiming to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.

Understand customer needs and suggest a variety of products to help them make informed decisions.

Offer friendly and personalized customer service based on an understanding of consumer behaviour.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide the best advice to customers.

Build strong relationships with key customers by keeping them informed about new arrivals, exclusive previews, and special promotions.

Ensure customer information is kept confidential and used only for store purposes.

Maintain and update the customer database with relevant details for exclusive customers.

Speak on behalf of Personal Shopper via telephone or email while maintaining outstanding customer service and ensuring follow-up in a professional and timely manner.

Coordinate alterations, product transfers, reservations and other services as required.

Maintain merchandising standards in the Personal Shopping area and on the floor when collecting and returning products.

Ensure the Personal Shopping area's overall maintenance, cleanliness, store standards and housekeeping.

Perform administrative tasks that cover audit requirements as well as maintaining records and trackers.

Prepare reports for manager, including sales reports and staffing reports.

High school qualification.

2-3 years of retail experience of premium/lifestyle brands.

Knowledge and skills

Must be client focused and take initiative to resolve problems.

Takes initiative to seek out responsibilities and follows through on all projects and tasks.

Has the ability to maintain client relationships.
