Mechanical Design Engineering Team Leader

leads a team of engineers focused on delivering fully coordinated, clash-free Issue for Construction (IFC) drawing packages -including HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Firefighting systems—, detailed construction specifications, and comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ). This role ensures all design outputs are fully constructible, compliant with local/international codes, and ready for site execution without site-rework.

Lead and oversee the mechanical design for complex projects, covering HVAC (cooling/heating loads, air distribution, plant design), Plumbing, Medical Gas, and Fire Protection systems.

Perform QA/QC reviews on thermal calculations, hydraulic calculations, equipment selection, schematic diagrams, and specifications.

Ensure full compliance with relevant international and local standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IMC, ASPE, and local building codes).
