Sales Manager – Banking & Financial Services
We are a Dubai-based financial services company seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our remote sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance across mortgages, personal loans, credit cards, and other banking-related financial products. The successful candidate will manage the sales team, monitor targets, improve conversion rates, and ensure high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the remote sales team.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor daily performance.
Drive sales of mortgages, personal loans, credit cards, and related financial products.
Review leads, pipelines, conversions, and team productivity.
Coach team members and provide regular performance feedback.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue.
Ensure professional follow-up with customers and assigned leads.
Coordinate with management and internal departments.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and internal systems.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management or team leadership.
Experience in banking, mortgages, personal loans, credit cards, or financial services is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of sales targets, lead management, and conversion processes.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-management skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
Ability to analyze sales reports and performance data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Ability to manage a team effectively in a remote working environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
