Production Planning Supervisor

• Production Planning: Develop and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for Finished Goods, Preforms, Caps, and Export Products based on demand, customer orders, and delivery requirements.
• Production Optimization: Optimize production sequence, changeover, capacity, Line Speed (BPH), and OEE to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime and cleaning cycles.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory, shelf-life, and FEFO to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing shortages, overstock, and product waste.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, QC, and Warehouse teams to resolve production issues, material shortages, machine downtime, and urgent orders.
• Performance & Reporting: Monitor production performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including Excise Tax reporting and export production requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, Logistics, or related fields. 3-5 years of working experience in Production Planning, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or continuous-flow manufacturing. Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel knowledge; experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is an advantage. Good command of written and spoken English with strong cross-functional communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and solve operational problems effectively.
