Remote Hotel & Resort Coordinator

What You'll Do Research hotels, resorts, and vacation properties based on client preferences and budgets

Compare room categories, resort amenities, locations, and available options

Assist with coordinating hotel and resort reservations

Research all-inclusive resorts and other vacation accommodations

Help identify properties that match individual travel styles and needs

Organize reservation confirmations and important vacation details

Research transportation, activities, and destination experiences when requested

Communicate with clients regarding reservation information, updates, and deadlines

Assist with booking modifications or changes when needed

Maintain accurate and organized client and reservation information

Stay informed about hotels, resorts, destinations, and available travel resources

What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills

Good organization and attention to detail

Comfortable researching and comparing accommodations online

Basic computer and internet proficiency

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

No Previous Travel Experience Required

Previous hotel, resort, or travel industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing support are available to help you learn reservation procedures, supplier platforms, property research, destination planning, and client service fundamentals.
