Hotel Reservations & Booking Agent - Remote

We are looking for organized, service-focused individuals interested in assisting clients with hotel reservations, accommodation research, and vacation booking needs. This role involves helping travelers compare lodging options, coordinate reservation details, and stay organized throughout the planning process. Previous travel industry experience is not required, and training and resources are provided.

Requirements Research hotels, resorts, and accommodations based on client needs and preferences

Compare room categories, property amenities, locations, and available options

Assist clients with hotel and resort reservation requests

Coordinate booking details and organize reservation confirmations

Research destination information and nearby activities when requested

Help clients understand important reservation details and travel deadlines

Communicate booking updates and changes in a professional manner

Assist with modifications to existing reservations when needed

Maintain accurate client and booking information

Utilize online booking platforms and travel supplier resources

Provide support throughout the hotel research and reservation process
