UI UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented dashboard designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing visually appealing, user-friendly dashboards that transform complex data into clear and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, data teams, and developers to create engaging dashboard experiences that support business decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually engaging dashboards for business and operational reporting.

Create clear and effective KPI visualizations that support data-driven decision-making.

Transform complex datasets into user-friendly and easy-to-understand dashboard layouts.

Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Illustrator.

Create illustrations and basic 3D visual elements when required.

Apply best practices in layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.

Continuously improve dashboard usability based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.

Maintain consistency across dashboard designs and visual assets.

Requirements

Job requirements

Proven experience in dashboard design and data visualization.

Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to create clear, engaging, and user-friendly dashboard layouts.

Good understanding of data visualization principles and KPI presentation.

Illustration and basic 3D drawing skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

Hands-on experience with Figma.

Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Portfolio showcasing relevant dashboard, UI/UX, or data visualization projects is required.

Ability to translate complex data into clear and visually engaging designs.

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Preferred qualifications

Experience working with BI tools, analytics platforms, or enterprise dashboards.

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and design systems.

Experience collaborating with developers and data teams.

Portfolio submission is mandatory and applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
