Regional IT Infrastructure Specialist

Join a leading global organisation in the medical technology sector, supporting IT infrastructure operations across the Asia Pacific region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys a mix of infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, end-user support, and regional project work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, collaboration platforms, networking, and IT infrastructure services across APAC.
- Partner with global IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver infrastructure projects and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and operational standards.
- Provide hands-on support for users, devices, meeting room technology, and workplace IT services.
- Drive service excellence through ticket management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or end-user support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Azure, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity practices is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
