Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist
About the role:
As a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Specialist working remotely in Saudi Arabia, you will leverage your expertise in CRM platforms and data analytics to optimize our sales operations. You will configure and administer Salesforce and Veeva CRM systems, develop insightful dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Veeva CRM and Salesforce platforms to align with business requirements
Develop, maintain, and distribute interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify sales trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to define KPIs and translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Ensure data integrity, perform regular data audits, and implement best practices for data governance
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users on CRM tools and analytics solutions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline sales processes and enhance system adoption
Required qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in sales force effectiveness, CRM administration, or sales analytics
Proven hands-on experience with Veeva CRM and Salesforce configuration and maintenance
Advanced proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
Strong skills in advanced Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formula creation
Solid background in data analytics with the ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a remote work environment
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field
Salesforce Administrator or Veeva CRM certifications
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Familiarity with additional BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView)
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
