Wealth Manager

Responsibilities:

Source and acquire new investors through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities. Deposit Mobilization. Build and manage a robust pipeline of individual and institutional investors. Develop and present customized investment proposals and pitch materials. Foster long-term relationships with current investors by providing updates, reports, and investment insights. Partner with the marketing team to create impactful investor engagement strategies. Conduct market research to identify investment trends and new funding opportunities. Coordinate investor communications including newsletters, financial updates, and events. Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, reporting standards, and internal policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records and CRM data. Provide regular performance and activity reports to leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum of 4 years of experience in wealth management, investor relations, or business development within the financial sector. Demonstrated success in deposit mobilization or investor acquisition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Sound understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks. Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
