Production Technology and Process Engineer

•Collaborate with R&D to transfer new products from design to mass production, ensuring manufacturability. •Fixture and automation application: Plan, evaluate, and implement fixtures, molds, and automated equipment to improve production stability and reduce manual labor and waste. •Process/Fixture/Tooling Development & Optimization, Yield Improvement, troubleshooting to let manufacturing process smooth. •Ensure all Operator processing safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met. •Cross-departmental communication and collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production units to ensure smooth production.

Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred). •Proven experience in Production Technology and Process Engineering. •Good communication and team work abilities. •Good problem-solving and organizational skills. •Well-known plan, evaluate, and implement fixtures, molds, and automated equipment. •CAD/CAM skill is a plus. •Language: Chinese communication well is must and English well communication is nice to have.
