Job Summary
Assess loan applications and deliver compliant credit solutions while supporting customer financial needs and business operations in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications by analyzing applicant creditworthiness to determine loan eligibility
- Gather and review financial data to design appropriate loan structures and repayment plans
- Communicate clearly with customers to identify their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
- Explain loan agreements and finalize contracts ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
- Develop and sustain positive customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily credit services operations and achieve business goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in customer service, loans, credit, or financial services to enhance decision-making and customer interactions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage customers professionally
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented approach to managing loan processes and documentation

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
