About the company
Company Introduction Access Concept provides automatic door and access systems in Singapore. We supply, install, repair and maintain automatic doors for offices, hospitals, shopping malls and other buildings.
Your tasks
We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Technician to install, service, and repair automatic door systems. Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and service automatic door systems at customer sites.
- Carry out basic repairs and maintenance.
- Check and troubleshoot door motors, sensors, and other parts.
- Test the doors to ensure they work properly and safely.
- Assist with replacing faulty parts when needed.
- Keep tools and equipment in good condition.
- Complete service reports after each job.
- Follow safety rules and company procedures.
Requirements
- Basic technical knowledge is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Able to use basic tools and equipment.
- Willing to learn and work with your hands.
- Responsible and willing to work as part of a team.
- Able to speak and read simple English.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence is required.
- Willing to travel to customer sites and work overtime when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- NITEC / Higher NITEC or ITE qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems.
- Experience in installation, repair, or maintenance work in automatic doors, security systems or related fields is an advantage.
