A welcoming and supportive Primary School in Staines is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis as soon as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an Early Career Teacher or an experienced practitioner looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and nurturing school environment. The successful candidate will teach within either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 and play a key role in inspiring pupils and fostering a positive love of learning.

The Role: Full-time, permanent Class Teacher position Teaching within either KS1 or KS2 Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community Contributing to the wider life of the school The School Offers: A friendly and supportive working environment Excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression Supportive leadership and mentoring for ECTs Enthusiastic and engaged pupils A collaborative staff team and welcoming school community Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Evidence of continuous professional development Strong IT skills across a range of platforms and software Good understanding of the relevant Key Stage curriculum and national strategies Proven ability to build positive relationships with parents, governors, and the wider community Ability to commute to Staines Desirable: Experience teaching within KS1/KS2 Previous Phase Lead experience
