Join Academic Work as a Data Analyst and take part in our client’s core reporting operations. We are looking for an independent problem-solver with proven experience in data handling, and reporting together with strong Excel and SQL skills.
About the role
In this role, you will take part in end-to-end ESG and Pillar 3 data reporting processes, data handling, and process automation. Together with the team, you will utilize your strong technical skills in Excel and SQL—with tools like Alteryx or Python as a plus—adapt flexibly to evolving requirements, and collaborate across functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality outputs.

Work tasks
You will support ESG reporting processes and data analytics workflows by handling end-to-end data processes, streamlining reporting, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality ESG insights.
We are looking for
2+ years of professional experience in data handling, reporting, and process automation
Fluency in English with strong cross-team collaboration skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of SQL
A flexible approach and adaptability towards business and process changes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Beneficial
Skills with Python and/or Alteryx
Understanding of banks' balance sheet structures
Experience with ESG reporting or knowledge of ESG concepts
Experience in reporting system development and end-to-end process handling
