Senior Accounts Executive

Description Job Scope: Handle full set of accounts

Handle daily cash flow - monitor, analyse, and optimise the money flowing into and out of a business

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

Perform bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation

Prepare GST submission and related tax schedules

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients when required

Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and updated

Assist in year-end closing and financial reporting matters

Any other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by management

Key Requirements : Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

Minimally a Diploma in Accountancy or Bachelor Degree of related field.

Familiar with full set of accounts and financial reporting

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Remark : 5 days work, company transport pick up at Bishan MRT/ Jurong East MRT
