Clinical Psychologist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and evaluations.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of psychological, emotional, and behavioural conditions.
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy as appropriate.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches suited to each client's needs.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.
- Provide crisis intervention and appropriate risk assessment where required.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records and case notes.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, counsellors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
- Provide psychological education and guidance to clients and their families.
- Refer clients to other healthcare or specialist services when necessary.
- Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, supervision, and professional development activities.
- Maintain strict adherence to professional, ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards.
- Keep up to date with current psychological research, therapeutic techniques, and best practices.
- Contribute to mental health awareness, prevention, and wellness programmes where applicable.
- Perform other clinical and professional duties relevant to the role.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of an MBA/MSc
