Job Description
- Manage all production activities, engineering, quality control, PPIC, maintenance, and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate and ensure all factory operational processes run effectively and efficiently.
- Manage production targets, production costs, product quality, waste reduction, inventory control, and material usage.
- Motivate and develop the performance of the production (shop floor) team.
- Implement continuous improvement systems through Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigmamethodologies.
- Ensure workplace safety, quality standards, and productivity targets are achieved.
- Monitor and evaluate factory operational performance on a regular basis.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations.
- Proven experience leading production and operational teams in medium to large-scale operations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, maintenance, warehouse, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willing to work full-time and on-site.
