Legal Associate / Foreign Lawyer – Vietnamese Desk

A.W. Law LLC is looking for a lawyer to join and support our growing Vietnamese Desk in Singapore. The successful candidate will work with our lawyers in serving Vietnamese-speaking individuals, businesses and corporate clients, as well as clients with cross-border interests involving Singapore and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop the firm's Vietnamese Desk and Vietnam-related legal practice.
• Assist Vietnamese-speaking clients with legal matters in Singapore.
• Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, employment, dispute resolution and other matters, depending on experience.
• Assist with Singapore–Vietnam cross-border matters and coordinate with Vietnamese lawyers, businesses and other professional partners where required.
• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents, correspondence, agreements and other legal materials.
• Communicate with Vietnamese-speaking clients and explain legal processes clearly and professionally.
• Assist with client relationship management and business development initiatives for the Vietnamese market.
• Participate in networking, seminars and other initiatives to develop the firm's presence within the Vietnamese business community in Singapore.
