Site Engineer interior fitout

We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer to supervise daily construction and interior fit-out activities, ensuring work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and site teams, inspecting workmanship, tracking progress and material requirements, coordinating technical issues with the technical office, enforcing site safety requirements, and managing snagging and handover.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in construction and interior fit-out supervision.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and installation details.
• Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings and identify site coordination issues.
• Experience managing subcontractors, sequencing activities, and monitoring work quality.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to verify site measurements, quantities, and completed work.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare clear progress reports and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel between project sites.
