Head Teacher / Principal

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in school leadership/management in pre- school/primary and secondary settings. Strong knowledge and practical experience of both GES and Cambridge curricula. Proven ability to lead and develop teachers and improve academic standards. Strong administrative, organisational and people-management skills. Must be innovative, proactive, a self-starter and a change agent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant teaching and educational leadership qualifications. The successful candidate will provide overall leadership, strengthen teaching and learning, manage staff performance and drive continuous school improvement.
